Local wildlife

Nature lovers can view bush buck, grey duiker, blue duiker, Cape clawless otter, water mongoose, grey mongoose, porcupine, guinea fowl, warthog and hares from the property.

In the surrounding game farms and reserves there are giraffe, blue wildebeest, black wildebeest, zebra, kudu, blesbok, impala, lion, cheetah, buffalo, rhino, elephant, nyala and ostrich.

Bird watchers can spot fish eagle, jackal buzzard, martial eagle, crowned crane, grey heron, white heron, osprey, cormorant, spoonbill, egret and Egyptian geese.
